       SIZING & FIT

  • How do I choose the right size?  We recommend checking our Size Guide and comparing your measurements. If you’re unsure, send us your usual AUS size and measurements, we’ll help you choose the perfect fit.
  • Do your bras run true to size? Yes, our bras and underwear are true to size.
  • What size should I pick if I’m between sizes? If you’re between sizes in underwear, choose the bigger size for comfort. If you’re between sizes in bras, also size up for a softer, non-restrictive fit.
  • Is your fabric stretchy? Yes, our modal-blend fabric has natural stretch and softness, designed to mold comfortably to your body without digging in.     

    RETURNS & HYGIENE POLICY
  • Can I return underwear if it doesn’t fit? No, underwear is final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. This is standard across the lingerie and intimates' industry.
  • Can I exchange my bra for a different size? Yes, bras are eligible for exchange only, as long as:
    • Tags are attached
    • It’s unworn & unwashed
    • It’s in perfect condition
    • You contact us within 24 hours                                       
  • Why can't underwear be returned? Underwear makes direct contact with intimate areas of the body, meaning it cannot be resold or safely handled once opened. This protects the health and hygiene of all customers.
  • What if my item arrives faulty? If your item is faulty, contact us within 24 hours with photos. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or store credit.

       MATERIALS & QUALITY

  • What fabric are your pieces made from? ShapedHER underwear and loungewear are made from a premium modal blend, chosen for its softness, breathability, and comfort.

      WASHING & CARE

  •  How do I wash my ShapedHER pieces? To keep your garments in perfect condition:
    • Gentle cold wash
    • Use a wash bag
    • Mild detergent
    • Do not bleach
  • Can I put them in the dryer? No, we recommend air-drying only to maintain shape, softness, and elasticity.

       SHIPPING

  • How long does shipping take? Australia wide shipping usually takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping is not yet available. 
  • Do you ship internationally? No, not yet. 

       ORDERS & ACCOUNT

  • Can I change my order after it’s placed? We can only change orders before they are packed. Email us immediately and we’ll try our best.
  • Can I cancel my order? Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been processed or shipped yet. Once they’re packed, we cannot cancel.
  • I typed the wrong address, what do I do? Contact us ASAP. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can fix it, If it has shipped, we can’t change the address, but we’ll help you with next steps.

       PRODUCTS & DETAILS

  • Are the bras padded or unpadded? ShapedHER bras are unpadded for a natural, comfortable fit, no bulky cups, no stiffness. They do have a double layered panel at the front. 
  • Is the underwear high-waisted? Our designs are mid to high waisted, made to flatter your waistline and give a soft, contoured look.
