Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
At ShapedHER, our returns policy is designed to protect all customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness for intimate garments.
Before placing your order, please read the policy below.
Quality Assurance
Every ShapedHER piece is individually inspected and quality-checked before being packed and shipped. We ensure your garments are:
- Brand new
- Clean and untouched
- Free from defects
- Carefully folded and sealed
Underwear -No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
All ShapedHER underwear, briefs, and shorties are final sale.
Due to the intimate nature of underwear and its direct contact with sensitive areas of the body, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.
Why? Underwear cannot be returned because it may carry:
- Skin cells
- Bodily fluids
- Bacteria
- General contamination
Even “trying on quickly” makes the item unsuitable for resale. This is standard across the lingerie and swimwear industry to protect all customers.
Bras - Exchange Only (No Refunds Unless Faulty)
Bras are not classified the same as underwear and may be eligible for exchange, provided they meet all conditions below:
Eligible for exchange if:
- In perfect, resellable condition
- All original tags and packaging are attached
- No makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stretch marks
- You contact us within 24 hours of receiving it
- The bra is unwashed
- The bra is unworn
Refunds on bras are not offered unless the item is confirmed faulty. Because bras are intimate garments, once they have been opened, handled, or tried on, they cannot be returned to stock or refunded.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size chosen
- Fit or preference issues
- Items showing signs of wear
- Washed or damaged bras
Refunds are only provided if the item has a verified manufacturing fault.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos
- A short explanation
Once assessed and approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
Faults do not include damage caused after wearing, washing, stretching, or mishandling the garment.
Sizing Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the correct size before purchasing. We recommend checking:

- Fabric stretch & fit descriptions

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Underwear (strictly no exceptions)
- Incorrect size chosen
- Change of mind
- Items worn, washed, or without tags
- Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged after worn
